MINSANTE Partnership& Strategic Review

On May 15, 2026, a supervision meeting was held in Etoug-Ebe (Depot Guinness) between the
Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE) and Hand to Humanity NGO (AH2) to assess progress
and formalize a strategic partnership. The primary objective was to evaluate AH2’s activities
and explore collaboration under the Ministry’s Department of Cooperation.
AH2 presented its program achievements, particularly in children’s health initiatives,
highlighting measurable results and ongoing efforts. While minor operational challenges were
acknowledged, leadership reaffirmed commitment to resolving them and advancing the
partnership.
Key administrative guidance was provided by the Ministry, emphasizing strict adherence to
contractual obligations, professional conduct, tax compliance, and timely reporting. The
importance of structured personnel management and accountability was strongly reinforced.
The Regional Health Delegation stressed the need for continuous, outcome-oriented training,
improved data accuracy focusing on real impact, and the development of a clear action plan.
Decentralization and regular reporting to the Ministry were identified as critical to ensuring
effective program delivery and transparency.
