Frequently Asked

Before you write — common answers.

  • How quickly do you reply to messages?
We reply to every legitimate enquiry within 48 hours (Mon–Fri WAT). Urgent matters that need a same-day response should use our phone lines.
  • Where is A Hand to Humanity located?
Our headquarters and operational base are at Depot Guinness Etoug-Ebe, Yaoundé, Cameroon. We also have international representations in the United States and Canada.
  • Can I visit the organization?
Yes — donors, partners, and volunteers are welcome to visit our Yaoundé office. Please email ahead at least one week in advance so we can prepare a proper visit.
  • Are my contact details kept private?
Yes. Form submissions are sent directly via our server to the relevant team email — no third-party form processors, no external services, no data sharing. We use your information only to reply to you.
  • Why does the form ask different questions per topic?
Each team needs different context to help you efficiently. A donation enquiry and a press request need very different answers — so the form adapts to ask only what matters for your topic.
